NBC4 recently took a look at the lawsuit against Michael Lucas, in which Kristina Knapic accused the porn producer of filming an x-rated video on her property without permission. She is also miffed that he allegedly left the place in a mess, leaving behind enema kits, lube, a dildo and a business card.
In the report, Lucas admitted that he did not tell Knapic that he wanted to use the rental for porn.
"We rent houses all the time," he added. "Never did we run into this problem."
AirBNB actually has a clause in its Terms of Use policy which requires that permission be granted before any filming can take place in an AirBNB rental. The company paid for Knapic's clean-up cost.
However, Knapic's attorneys say they are looking to secure her a percentage of any money made from the film shot on her property. Hopefully they realize that there isn't going to be much of a windfall when it comes to porn profits.
