The Bachmanns face ribbing on late night TV

Michele and Marcus Bachmann were targeted on two different late night TV shows this week and each jab led to a partial retreat. 

A joke told by David Letterman made CBS so uncomfortable that the station deleted the joke from the official website posting of the clip. 

Letterman was talking about the most recent GOP debate, and while discussing Michele, he said: "And if you're a homosexual, her husband will take care of ya. He's got a thing, a camp or a clinic or something. And if you're a homosexual and you feel you're in the need of some special treatment or counseling, he'll take care of you."

The second incident involved the appearance of the notorious homophobe, herself, on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

With each guest, the band plays a song as the guest walks on set. Usually the song is from the movie or TV show the celebrity is promoting, or a song that somehow relates to the person in question.

The song choice for Michele Bachmann? Lyin’ Ass Bitch by The Roots. Oh oh!

Following the show, Bachmann demanded an apology -- and Fallon obliged.
