Too small to be a flasher?

A convicted serial flasher thinks that size really does matter, at least as far as his court case was concerned. Michael Carney, 41, of Stockton in England, tried to convince the jury that he couldn't possibly be guilty of indecent exposure as he was much too small down there.

Because of his limited endowment, he argued, he was way too uncomfortable with the thought of a woman even seeing it. "It causes embarrassment to myself, even to the point where it is with my wife," he said. "I wouldn't want myself to be seen in public like that."

In spite of his supposed modesty, he was more than willing to pass around photographic evidence for the court to consider. After some squinting and a few laughs, Carney was still found guilty and will be sentenced in the new year.
