One way to sell your house...

People will do almost anything to get noticed, and this guy is no exception. He claims to be selling his house, but we think he may be looking for something more. Call it a hunch but few real estate agents we know run around their property in a tight pair of underwear, posing and flexing for the camera.

If you're planning to sell your house anytime soon this may be one way to get your listing noticed. Of course, if you go ahead BananaGuide expects to see a copy of the tape!
