Jack Mackenroth

Though not yet a household name, Jack Mackenroth, a contestant on this season of "Project Runway," makes for good TV. He's loud. He's talented. Oh, and he's hot as hell.

You may have seen this 38 year-old before. He's a former competetive swimmer, winning three All-American titles and even setting a national record in the summer of 2006 in the breaststroke leg of the 4 x 50 meter medley relay. He also parlayed his sexy body into fitness and fashion modelling,  appearing in such magazines as "Paper," "Men's Fitness," and "Genre."

Equally impressive is that Jack is open about his HIV status, hoping to challenge the stigma of the disease "by living honestly and being a role model through professional and athletic achievements."

Must be nice being a fashion designer who could easily model his own clothing. Let's hope that there's a "make your own underwear" challenge on the show sometime soon! [more pics]
