Filipino model Victor Basa was discovered at the Mega Young Designer's Competition in 2004, strutting his stuff on the runway. Hot, slim, and extremely confidant, it is easy to see what modeling scouts saw in him: pure pinoy appeal. From commercials to the Cosmopolitan Bachelor Bash to television soaps to his current gig as host of MTV Philippines "Timeout," it seems that there are endless opportunities in this 23-year-old's future.
