Well, that didn't last long.
Over the weekend, the Indian government ordered Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to block several "pornographic" websites. But yesterday, the same government
lifted the ban after taking a beating on social media for violating people's personal freedoms.
Another issue: several sites that had been targeted contained no pornographic content at all.
Information and Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that only XXX material containing minors will remain blocked.
When will politicians learn that you can't mess with people's porn?
