This week, a US judge allowed seven BelAmi models to subpoena Google in order to get the name of the owner/operator of a blog. The seven models want to know who to sue over copyright infringement.

 

The site, BelAmiGossip.Blogspot.com, is accused of stealing and posting copyrighted images without permission

 

Performers Tom Pollock, Claude Sorel, Jack Harrer, Jamie Durrell, Jean-Daniel Chagall, Johan Paulik and Kevin Worhol are listed in the court brief. They are looking for compensation for unspecified damages for each picture posted on the blog. They also want to site to be ordered to stop posting more images, and would like their legal fees covered.

 

Attorney Gill Sperlein says little is known about the site's operator except that he is known as M. Stevens and likely lives in London.
