Terrance McNally on mothers and sons

A new Terrence McNally play, Mothers and Sons, is now in previews at the Golden Theater on Broadway. Award-winning actress Tyne Daly plays a woman who pays a surprise visit to her late son’s lover, who is now married to another man and raising a son.

McNally's better known gay-themed plays were the acclaimed Love! Valour! Compassion! and Kiss of the Spider Woman, so chances are Mothers and Sons will be something not to miss.
