Buddy Profits acquires Pride Studios' sites

The gay adult industry has one less player today. Gamma Entertainment, the force behind Next Door Studios and Buddy Profits, has announced it has acquired all assets of Pride Studios including Men Over 30, Circle Jerk Boys and Extra Big Dicks.

“From the very beginning, we have been committed to offering the finest quality content delivered with great attention to detail. Buddy Profits, and its dedication to excellence, represent the ideal team to carry on our legacy and will without a doubt, continue to raise the bar for the highest standards in gay entertainment” explained Harlan Yaffe, co-founder of Pride Studios.

“We are all very excited to add such diverse products to our current line of membership sites and program," added Hector Camacho, Director of Product and Development at Buddy Profits. "This acquisition will help us continue offering a wide selection of premium quality products to our consumers, and further strengthens our position as a global leader in the gay adult market."

Consumers will soon find that the Pride Studios sites have been redesigned and will have media options similar to other Buddy Profits sites. Weekly updates will continue.

The development is in keeping with the trend in the highly competitive and piracy-weary porn trade, as smaller gay adult companies merge with larger ones.
