Elmo accuser is back!

First Sheldon Stephens claimed that when he was sixteen, he was having an sexual relationship with Kevin Clash, the puppeteer behind Elmo. Because Clash is 30 years older, the relationship would be illegal under New York law.

But then Stephens recanted the story, admitted he was lying, and accepted a $125,000 settlement to go away.

Today, Stephens is claiming he was pressured into settling the case. He is in talks with his lawyers about giving up the settlement in order to clear his name. (With his somewhat questionable past, he'd be well advised to disappear and let people forget about him as soon as possible.)

Clash has not yet commented on this recent turn of events.
