Man who exorcises gay demons gets reality show

Reverend Bob LarsonJust in time for Halloween, the Lifetime channel is launching a brand new series tonight. The show focuses on the work of Reverend Bob Larson, a real honest-to-goodness exorcist.

In the series, called the Real Exorcist, Larson will attempt to “cure” the possessed. And with over 10,000 exorcisms under his belt, Larson and his team – which includes his wife, Laura – confront demons while victims, often restrained, speak in tongues, bite, scratch and scream.

Some of his past 'exorcisms' have involved homosexuals. Yes, Larson is one of those homophobic preachers who think being gay is a sin. In fact, he thinks being gay means you have a demon inside you that needs to be expelled. It's reparative therapy meets Stephen King!

So far there has been no word that Lifetime would dare show a gay man being put through this. However, one of Larson's attempts at curing a homosexual is making the rounds on YouTube. Looks like this show might be more of a comedy than we initially expected.
