Scissor Sisters selling themselves on Rent Boy

While trolling through RentBoy.com - er, doing some very important research - we came across a very interesting ad. At first we thought that the Scissor Sisters weren't doing very well, what with lead singer Jake Shears pimping himself out for the low, low price of $11.99. But upon further investigation it appears the band is using the escort site as a very creative way to promote its latest album.

In the ad, Shears promises that he is "down to earth, [has] TONS of energy and will make you sweat all night long." To experience his energy you'll need to the buy the album on June 28th. Tease!

Still, if singing doesn't work out he can certainly make a living selling his body ...
