American Idol winner vs. Max Hardcore in obscenity trial

You gotta love the Internet.

During the trial against adult video producer Max Hardcore, Judge Susan Bucklew commented that watersports videos -- like "Pee-Tastic" and "P Is For Pleasure" -- may be considered obscene because they are not enjoyed by a majority in the community.

The defense team, in response, took to Google to prove otherwise. The terms "pissing," "porn" and "video" returned almost 1.7 million results while the terms "David Cook," "American Idol" and "video" returned only 1.5 million.

We're not quite sure what that proves, but if it helps the Hardcore case then great!

Now it's time for closing arguments, where the jury will be expected to watch almost eight hours of Max's pissing, fisting and vomiting videos. We'd rather be on a jury watching Bel Ami or Raging Stallion videos, but that's just us.
