With legal fees mounting, Harlow Cuadra is hard up for cash. He claims his lawyers are about to bail on him if he doesn't come up with some money, fast!

The cost to defend both him and Joseph Kerekes, accused of murdering rival Bryan Kocis from Cobra Video, is currently hovering around $250,000. Fundraising efforts have been underway, from donation requests to online auctions of personal items, but it has not been enough.

"We have not been successful in meeting this demand," Cuadra explains through his blog. "The donations and items that were purchased have not covered anywhere close to the funds required. Our attorneys have now issued a deadline for full payment to them."

Cuadra feels his only option is to sell Norfolk Male Escorts and its client information. [more]

"We are currently working on the auction post ... This decision was not made lightly, this is a matter of life and death! We are fighting for our lives. We can no longer afford to hold on to anything that would be considered an asset. Our Lawyers have stated that if they are not paid within there (sic) time frame they will withdraw from our cases."

The goal? A mere $150,000. We do have that jar of pennies we haven't counted for awhile ...
