And bisexuals shall inherit the earth

One of the most renowned scientists in Europe, Italian Umberto Veronesi, predicts that within three generations bisexuality will prevail as the predominant social model, with more traditional roles for men and women and their heterosexual foundation being relegated to the past.

"The differences between men and women reduce (over time)," he told the Italian media. "Man has no longer to fight for survival and, as a consequence, produces less androgen hormones. Women live a social revolution that gives them every day new roles, which makes them produce less estrogens."

With technology providing an alternative for sexual reproduction -- via cloning and artificial insemination -- and as societal attitudes shift to reflect new realities in sexuality, it is only a matter of time before clear distinctions between the genders fade. Sex will become a "gesture of affection but not a way to reproduction," Veronesi says.

As long as nice big dicks don't disappear, we're all for it!
