Republican caught with pants down?

Yet another Republican has been exposed as a possible hypocrite. On July 11, Florida State Representative Robert "Bob" Allen was arrested for allegedly offering $20 to an undercover male cop for a blowjob.

The park where the incident took place was under surveillance by police. They watched Allen entering and leaving a public washroom several times before they closed in on him. He denies the charges, calling the whole thing "a very big misunderstanding."

How ironic. Allen, a co-chair for John McCain's presidential campaign in Florida, is also a raging homophobe...

He introduced a failed bill against public sex. He is opposed to a law that could protect gay students from bullies. And he supports an amendment to the state constitution that would ban same-sex marriage.

Karma, what a wonderful thing!
