Active Duty model gets 75 days

As you know, the U.S. military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy forbids gay sex among service members. That proved problematic last week for a soldier who "told" the world  by sucking and fucking on a gay-themed military website. As a result, he was sentenced to 75 days in prison.

Pfc. Richard T. Ashley is one of seven members of the elite 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, N.C., charged with appearing on Dink Flamingo's Active Duty, which boasts "real military men" and "100% amateur" content. He pleaded guilty Thursday in a military court to sodomy, drug use and conduct detrimental to the Army and the unit, according to the Associated Press.

"I've embarrassed the entire Army, my country and most of all, dishonored God," said Ashley, who was sentenced to 90 days in prison, but received a 15-day credit as part of a plea agreement. Ashley was also demoted to private, will receive a bad conduct discharge and will lose two-thirds of his pay.

Pfc. Wesley K. Mitten and Pvt. Kagen B, were also charged of pandering, sodomy and conduct detrimental to the Army and the unit, and four unnamed soldiers, who received nonjudicial punishment for appearing on the website and were reduced in rank to private, forfeited half a month's pay for two months, performed extra work and were restricted to Fort Bragg for 45 days.

The Army has recommended that all seven soldiers-turned-amateur performers be discharged. Maybe the army should be giving their soldiers raises so they don't have to turn to porn to make extra bucks!
