BananaGuide: First, the obvious question: how did you get started in porn?

Tyler Sweet: My agent actually saw me at a club I used to dance at in Dallas, and he suggested that I get into porn as he was casting for a film. I had never really thought about it, but went online the next day and applied.

What was going through your mind before you got in front of the cameras for that first time?

I wasn’t really having a lot of thoughts that day other than 'wow, this guy’s really hot.' But the night before I was like: 'Oh my god, I’m actually here. This is real. I’m doing this.' There was a lot of second guessing.

Did you think about pulling out?

I did, but I’m glad I went through with it. I’m having fun all the time.

Has shooting porn changed you in any way?

I used to be really wild, without controlling it. I’m still a wild child, but I know how to reel it back at certain times. And I know how to get my shit together when it needs to be.

Who has been your favorite scene partner? Why?

I would say it’s a toss-up between Colby Jansen and John Magnum. They are both really good at using what they have!

Colby is muscly, and hairy. He just has really butch look to him that I love in a man.

Is there anything you won’t do on camera?

I would say my line is fisting. After something like that, there’s no coming back. There’s no snapping back for those muscles. And I like being the tight little bottom boy …

How did you lose your virginity?

I was dating the quarterback from the football team. And I lost my virginity on the 50 yard line of the football field. Do your family and friends know what you do? How have they reacted?

My family doesn’t. My friends definitely do and they’ve been nothing but supportive. They introduce me as their gay best friend who’s also a porn star.

Anything about you that might surprise your fans?

I’m a hopeless romantic at heart. I like being a slut, but I also really like someone that will cuddle, watch a movie and drink a glass a wine with me.

In your personal life, what kind of man catches your eye?

I’d say muscly, a little furry. But that’s just physically. Intellectual. Be able to hold a conversation. Romantic. And must like to eat! I don’t want no skinny bitch eating salads all the time.

Perfect first date?

I would say dinner, dessert, and then a walk around the park.

What do you hope to be doing in 5 years?

I may still be doing porn. I may not be. But I definitely plan on having a much larger career outside of porn. Maybe personal training, but I have also been looking into developing supplemental nutrition products, post work out drinks ... stuff like that.

And anything you want to say to fans?

I love you guys! I wouldn’t be as big as I am today without people excited about seeing my videos. It’s nice to know that people like what I’m doing.
