Tom Daley is planning on showing off his privates -- oops, we mean
private life -- in a new documentary for British television station ITV.
Tom Daley: Diving For Gold will follow the 22-year-old Olympic bronze medalist’s preparation for Rio 2016, while including a look at his relationship with Hollywood screenwriter and fiancé Dustin Lance Black.
“It’s a privilege to have such intimate access to one of Britain’s best loved and most talented Olympians," said Neil Edwards, the Senior Executive Producer. “Tom’s four-year journey from London 2012 to Rio 2016 is the latest gripping chapter in a story we’ve all been following since he burst into the public consciousness as a young boy.
“As a nation we’re emotionally invested in Tom Daley, and I’m delighted TwoFour and Tom continue to share our close relationship and will be bringing his exhilarating sporting and personal story to the screen through ITV.”
Daley has already filmed a few reality based TV series. And many of you will remember that Black appeared on camera in a very naughty sex-tape that leaked in 2013.
Tom Daley: Diving for Gold will air on ITV this summer. There is currently no release date set for the US.
