Chris Pratt versus Bradley Cooper versus Vin Diesel

One of the biggest movies of the summer is Guardians of the Galaxy. It pulled in $94 million in its opening weekend. A sequel is already in the works.

The main character of Star Lord is played by Chris Pratt. He's probably best known for his role as the dimwitted Andy Dwyer in NBC's Parks and Recreation. Pratt hit the gym hard for his big movie role, shedding pounds and firming up. The result: total hotness.

In the film, he plays opposite two very cute CG characters. Rocket, a re-engineered raccoon, is a bounty hunter, and Groot, a humanoid tree, is Rocket's sidekick. Their voices are provided by real life hotties Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel. If they had played the roles themselves, could they have stolen some of Pratt's thunder?
