Out2Enroll is a coalition of organizations dedicated to encouraging members of the LGBT community to take advantage of the Affordable Care Act. And what better way to get a gay man's attention than with sexy elfs? The holiday parody, produced by Full Frontal Freedom, aims to get as many LGBTs signed up during the intitial phase of  enrollment - which ends today.
