Straight porn star sued for non-disclosure of HIV - in non-sex scene

Straight porn star Katie Summers is suing a former scene partner for not disclosing his HIV status to her before they worked together in 2009.

Summers appeared in the movie Buttman's Stretch Class #4 and is now claiming that John Stagliano (aka Buttman) hid his HIV status from her. In her lawsuit, she says that Stagliano was diagnosed with HIV back in 1997, but she only found out about it in 2012 (3 years after working with him).

She is now suing for negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and sexual battery. She is asking for unspecified damages, and wants Stagliano's company, Evil Angel, to be forced to discuss Stagliano's health status with any potential scene partners. Her own HIV status has not been revealed.

However, Stagliano - who has spoken openly about being HIV+ - never had sex with Summers. In their scene together, he played with Summers' ass using sex toys. 

"John and the company feel that he did not do anything with Katie Summers that would warrant having to inform her of his HIV status,” Stagliano's wife Karen added. “He had no genital contact with her, no sexual touching of her genitals at all that would have put her at any sort of a medical risk whatsoever.

“So to be making statements that she was put at risk of death or contracting a disease like she has, that becomes a lawsuit that doesn’t have merit.”
