Perez Hilton apologizes for being a bully

Perez Hilton recently used his website to take on bullies who are hounding gay students in American schools. He called for more tolerance and understanding. He said the name calling and teasing had to stop.

He was quickly called a hypocrite. Since starting his blog, he has attacked people for being too fat or too ugly, while making up insulting nicknames and doodling cum marks or cocaine squiggles on celeb's pictures. He even once prided himself for outing gay celebs, including Lance Bass and Neil Patrick Harris.

The celebrity blogger took a seat on Ellen DeGeneres’ couch yesterday to admit his hypocrisy and claim he was a changed man. “I’m going to do things differently on my website than I have in the past,” he said. “I’m not going to call people nasty nicknames; I’m not going to go the mean route.”
