Don't ask, don't tell, don't do porn

Matthew Simmons aka Christian JadeMarine sergeant Matthew W. Simmons could be discharged from service after appearing in gay porn. Using the porn name Christian Jade, Simmons appeared for online sites like CollegeDudes247.com; his actions are being reviewed by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) to see "whether Sgt. Matthew Simmons violated [Uniform Code of Military Justice] articles concerning indecent acts and sodomy while involved in the production of adult pornography."

Of course, Simmons isn't the first soldier to run into problems for having sex on camera. Marine corporal Matthew Sanchez had some explaining to do after becoming a poster boy for the conservative right. He spoke out about liberal thinking but then had to justify his own appearance in several gay flicks.

Sanchez, hoping to secure his position with his right wing buds, argued that he only appeared in gay porn before ever enlisting in the Marines. And once he left the industry he realized just how terrible it was.

"Porn reduces the mind and flattens the soul," Sanchez explained. "That’s not hypocrisy talking; that’s just experience. I can tell you, though, that by the time I finished my brief tour of the major studios, I was pretty disgusted with myself."

He now opines on how positive Don't Ask, Don't Tell is in protecting gay servicemen and women, He said, "You keep your private life private and we won’t bother you."

We'll keep Simmons and they can have Sanchez.
