Actor sues anonymous hacker for gay rumor

Yet another Hollywood actor wants you to know that he's not gay! Ron Livingston, who appeared on 'Sex and the City' as Jack Berger, is hoping a lawsuit will put the rumors to rest.

According to Livingston, an anonymous hacker keeps altering his Wikipedia page to say that he is a homosexual. The changes include that he is in a relationship with some guy named Lee Dennison, even though Livingston married actress Rosemarie DeWitt last month.

And every time Livingston has his people correct the entry, the hacker  "changes [it] back almost immediately."

The suit also claims that the same evil-doer is behind fake Facebook profiles for both Livingston and Lee, in which they state they are "in a relationship" -- with each other.

Livingston is suing for libel, invasion of privacy and for using his name and likeness without his permission. Damages haven't been specified. Exactly how the identity of the anonymous hacker is to be uncovered is unclear.
