Dane's Anatomy

Oh come on! Does every celebrity have a naughty video or some sexy pics out there? Does every person with a video cam have a sex tape too?

The latest star to be exposed (literally) is Eric Dane. He plays McSteamy on 'Grey's Anatomy.' His tape doesn't have much sex in it, but it does show off Dane's naked body. It also includes two female cohorts: his wife, Rebecca Gayheart,  and former Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche.

"This is an unfortunate incident where someone stole some property, personal property, among three very good friends," Peniche's manager, David Weintraub, told ABCNews.com. "They were very good friends when the tape was filmed a few years ago. I don't know if they're good friends now."

Dane and Gayheart's rep, Marty Singer, said, "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public.

"Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."
