Whose chest is it?

We came across this cute chest on one of our meanderings through the Web. Since there are so many chest men out there, we thought we'd see if you could tell one nipple from the next. Put your thinking caps on for this one!

Believe it or not, it's Neil!

Neil is best-known for his title role in "Doogie Howser, M.D," where he played a young medical prodigy. He then moved on to work in the theater when "Doogie" ended and performed in several Broadway productions. He is currently starring in "How I Met Your Mother," on CBS.

He got the acting bug quite young. His first role? As Toto in a school production of the Wizard of Oz. How fitting, considering he grew up to be a true friend of Dorothy.

On November 2, 2006, his relationship with David Burtka was revealed on Canada.com. Neil's publicist countered by declaring that Neil was "not of that persuasion." A day later Neil came out.

As he told People Magazine: "I am happy to dispel any rumors or misconceptions and am quite proud to say that I am a very content gay man living my life to the fullest and feel most fortunate to be working with wonderful people in the business I love."

And we love you, too, Doogie.
