GayVN noms announced

Though the folks at Adult Video News don't call the annual GayVN Awards the "Oscars of Gay Porn" (for Oscar is a letigious fellow) they are without a doubt the most prestigious of the gay adult film awards. And this year, with a record breaking 266 nominations in 35 categories, the prestige is being spread generously amongst 65 studios, 23 of which are first-time nominees.

Titan Media, All Worlds Video, Raging Stallion Studios, Rascal Video, Falcon Studios and Lucas Entertainment lead the nominations this year. Michael Lucas' "Dangerous Liaisons" is the single most nominated title followed closely by Rascal Video's "Wrong Side of the Tracks" and  Raging Stallion Studios' "Arabesque."

The invitation-only awards will be held on March 9 at West Hollywood's Rage Nightclub, as they are every year. A complete list of nominees is here.
