Cobra sues former model

Cobra Video has filed a lawsuit naming Sean Paul Lockhart (whose nom de porn is Brent Corrigan) as a defendant in a case related to Lockhart's allegation that he had appeared in the bareback studio's videos while underage.

On September 13, Lockhart's lawyer notified the press through his lawyer Chad Belville that he had been under 18 when he performed in four Cobra releases.

According to a Cobra press release, Lockhart must appear in Luzerne County [Penn.] on December 6, 2005 for an oral deposition (no pun intended) "regarding matters relating to his entry into a modeling contract with Cobra Video, the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the terms of that contract, whether or not Lockhart fraudulently induced Cobra Video to enter into modeling contracts for the purposes of obtaining trade secrets of Cobra Video and whether or not Lockhart conspired with John Doe to engage in such fraud."

Cobra says it has copies of multiple proof of age documents supplied by Lockhart before he modelled for the studio. Lockhart says he obtained false ID so he could get an early start in porn. Cobra cannot obtain an official state birth certificate unless it is requested by Lockhart himself, something that Lockhart has so far refused to do.
