Dolf Dietrich's ex comes clean about relationship

Jack Mackenroth (pictured, above) -- former reality show contestant, HIV activist and OnlyFans star -- is opening up about being the abuser in his relationship with ex-boyfriend Dolf Dietrich.

Mackenroth revealed this week that he has been struggling with an addiction to crystal meth and Xanax, while also copping to abusive behavior towards Dietrich that included everything from theft to claims of child abuse..

“Dear friends and fans, I am a recovering drug addict," he posted on Twitter. "I am admitting to actions towards [Dietrich] and many others with 100% rigorous honesty, humility, and embarrassment but with the hope of becoming a better man in doing so."

He included a photo with his tweet offering a fuller statement. It read, in part:

“I am committed to rectifying anything that I can,” he added. "[Dietrich] didn’t deserve any of the bullshit that rained down on him and I am surprised and honored he is still speaking to me. It speaks to his amazing character as a human being. I hope he can forgive me and I hope anyone who reads this can let me show you that I am a new person. Actions speak louder than words.”

Mackenroth came to the public eye when he appeared on Project Runway as a fashion designer. During his appearance he shared that he was HIV positive, contracting the illness when he was 19. He went on to become an activist, pushing for better HIV-awareness. And recently he found his way to OnlyFans as a successful X-rated model.

Dietrich (photo, above) re-shared Mackenroth’s statement on Facebook, writing:

"This isn’t easy for me to talk about. In fact, I’ve been keeping this a secret this entire year. I need to share. Not only to hopefully heal, but I hope sharing my story of domestic violence might help someone else out there.

“Meth and violence are beating us down in the LGBTQI community… do not add messages of hate for what he did to me; I’ve moved past that. I commend Jack for his courage in writing this and coming clean."

We can only hope Mackenroth gets the help he needs, and that Dietrich also finds the support required to deal with the emotional scars of domestic abuse.
