Yes, Cade Maddox had some cosmetic work done

Now, before you get yourself into a tizzy about your favorite hunk, the porn star -- who won the 2021 GayVN Award for “Best Cock” -- did not do anything too dramatic.

Cade Maddox, unhappy with his teeth, flew to Turkey to get a new set of chompers. He explained that he was fully vaccinated before the trip; having the work done overseas was a lot cheaper than getting it done in the US.

"I can’t stop smiling now," he shared on Instagram, with a shout out to the clinic. "Thank you!"
