Banana Guy for April: Johnny Rapid

Marking a soild decade in porn this year, Johnny Rapid has become one of the biggest names in the business. He's shot over 200 scenes in his career with Men.com and recently launched the all bareback   JohnnyRapid.com.  

It all started when, as a fresh-faced 18-year-old, he lost his job in the middle of summer.

"I've always been interested in modeling and when I lost my job in the summer of 2011 I had to do something," he told BananaGuide. "I searched around and found Men.com."

Of course, he needed a name.

"Johnny is something everyone will remember," he explained. "My real name is very unique and not easily remembered. Rapid just came from my ability to be extremely quick and 'rapid. This ability was gained from my six years of wrestling."

Rpaid, who identifies as bisexual, prefers rougher porn when watching it on his own.

"I like to be dominant in my own life, so I like watching real rough sex," he admitted during an interview with Queerclick.

This runs counter to how he is often portrayed in his videos, where he is most often taking a rough pounding himself.

"Well, I am this huge twink bottom that everbody sees, but in real life I'm a very dominant top."

Fast forward to now, and Rapid is still going strong. Not only is he still making porn, but he has finally launched his own Men.com adjacent site called JohnnyRapid.com.

“Partnering with Men on JohnnyRapid.com was always a goal of mine,” Rapid said. “I am overjoyed to do things my way and remind everyone of what porn and sex is really about.”
