A very special Emmy edition of “Gay of Thrones”

Jonathan Van Ness and actress Lena Headey dish about all the Game of Thrones and Gay of Thrones Emmy nominations!

Headey has been nominated five times for her role as the evil Cersei Lannister in the series. This year she'll be battling for Best Drama Supporting Actress against her co-stars Maisie Williams (Arya Stark), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth).

“Are you suggesting that I would murder to get an Emmy?” Headey asks Van Ness. “If that worked, I’d have done it every year.”

Gay of Thrones is also nominated for an Emmy for Best Short Form Variety Series, which is the third time it has been up for the award. Van Ness said he hoped that the Emmys would make like the incestuous Game of Thrones and “keep it in the family [so] we can secure all these trophies, honey.”
