Blake Mitchell has taken a bold step: he has decided to reveal his real name, Lane Rogers.

 

Rogers shared his decision on social media.

 

“You guys know my real name now," he said. "I’m Lane. It’s weird to say. I don’t think I’ve said that in a video like this in a long time, so it’s pretty crazy. But, I’m happy."

 

“I wanted to make a change, more of a shift I guess, into the absolutely and truly authentic me," he explained to Str8UpGayPorn. "It’s always been a bit confusing for me to have to keep track of who I’ve introduced myself to as Lane or as Blake, and though I feel Blake is still 'me' in a way, he’s actually a character.”

 

You'lll still be able to find Blake Mitchell in videos. The rebranding, it seems, is more about his life on social media and in public. He is also hoping for some non-X-rated camera work.

 

“Like many actors who are known only for a certain role in a TV show or film, I’ll always be Blake to some people, and I’m okay with that. But to people who know me, I want to be Lane, not a character,” Lane added.
