Kirstie Alley claims that John Travolta is straight

Kirstie Alley wants to set the record straight about John Travolta. She insists he's not gay.

The two have been friends for a long time and actually live next door to each other. They are also both Scientologists and they co-starred in the 1989 movie Look Who's Talking.

She was recently asked if she thought Travolta was gay.

“No I don’t," she answered. "I mean, I know him pretty well — and I know the love…”

The love she is referring to is the love she claims both of them shared for each other.

She explained:

“John would agree it was mutual that we sort of fell in love with each other.

“It wasn’t a sexual relationship because I’m not going to cheat on my husband. But you know I think there are things that are way worse than sexual relationships, than cheating on someone that way.

“I consider what I did even worse because I actually let myself fall in love with him and stay in love with him for a long time.”

As for Travolta, he has been married to Kelly Preston since 1991. However, he has been dogged by rumors that he is very much a man's man.

A male pilot, Douglas Gotterba, claimed the two has a six-year affair.

In 2001, he was accused by a male masseur of "sexual battery." The 21-year-old man said Travolta grabbed his ass and exposed himself.

Travolta claimed these accusations are false and continues to insist he is very hetero. (And we believe every hair on his head is real.)
