Dave Slick, a cam model who was just starting to work in the porn biz, has died. He was 26 years old.

 

Police discovered Slick, unconscious, on June 8th in a restaurant restroom in Chicago. He was taken to Rush University Medical Center, but pronounced dead 15 minutes later.

 

The preliminary findings of an autopsy were "inconclusive."

 

Slick was in town for the Exxotica Expo, an annual adult convention. When he failed to show up on Saturday, friends reported him missing to police and only then found out that he had died.

 

He was named the 2017 XBIZ Best Male Cam Model, and earlier this year signed on as an Exclusive model for Falcon. He started shooting scenes for the studio in March.

Several porn stars took to Twitter to express their sadness.

 

“I just heard the news about our dear friend [Dave Slick], my heart hurts and I feel very sad. My heart goes out to his family and all those close to him," Trenton Ducati tweeted.

 

Michael Roman also took to Twitter. He wrote: "I am absolutely heart broken right now! Dave you are without a doubt one of the most generous, kind-hearted, and all around incredible people I have ever met. Wherever you are just know you are so loved by so many people and will be so greatly missed."

 

"It’s heartbreaking to hear the news of the passing of Dave Slick," added Falcon Studios director Toni Dimarco. "It’s really hard to process it all. He was a super sweet guy and kind soul. My deepest [sympathies] go out to all his friends and family. Gone too soon, you will be greatly missed."
