If you love using emojis but don't feel there's something that celebrates your love of leather men and Tom of Finland art then today is your lucky day. Finland has released a new set of emojis and included one to honor the man who created drawings of overly well-hung gentlemen.
Finland was actually the first country to create it's own set of emojis back in 2015. It has now added seven new images to the official set, and one of them is a mustached man in leather.
The emoji is a nod to Touko Laaksonen, the Finnish artist who was best known as Tom of Finland.
“First of all, it’s an official Finnish emoji, so for Tom to be a part of it is really exciting and wonderful," said Durk Dehner, president at the Tom of Finland Foundation. “Usually, when people look at Tom’s work, they have a smile on their faces -- they find it fun. That’s what Kake, Tom’s character, was all about.”
We're certain this new image will play a major role in the upcoming Emoji movie (which is a real thing!).
