After the recent US election, reports that attacks on minorities -- mostly Muslim women and Latinos -- have increased, with members of the alt-right feeling emboldened by the US election results. Trump even appeared on 60 Minutes on Sunday and during the interview he called on anyone acting out against minorities to stop.

 

Beckford believes gays need to be ready to defend themselves. He hopes to start training sessions as early as December.
