Bodyguard claims Elton John sexually harassed him

A Los Angeles police captain, who was working as a bodyguard for Elton John in 2014, is suing him for sexual harassment.

The lawsuit by Capt. Jeffrey Wenninger  describes an incident when he and John were in a car together. The singer allegedly reached over and slipped his hands in Wenninger’s pants, attempting to wrap his hand around his penis and slide his fingers up and down his butt crack.

According to the suit, as he was doing this, Elton told Wenninger to “Get your todger out” and “say hello to Uncle Elton.”

At another time the suit claims that John twisted Wenningers nipples while cooing, “You gorgeous thing, you!”

Wenninger says several other assaults occurred and that he quit working for John in September 2014.

Wenninger was employed off-duty through a private company that he is suing in a separate suit. That suit alleges he was wrongfully terminated because he snitched on another bodyguard for time theft.

Orin Snyder, an attorney for John's Rocket Entertainment Group, calls the lawsuit baseless and accuses the officer of trying to "extract an undeserved payment."

So did he quit, or was he fired? Is there any truth to these allegations? And if so, why didn't he just refuse to do Elton duty after the first hands-down-the-pants incident?
