Matt Baume meets the furries

Have you ever wanted to dress up like an animal, hang out with others in similar costumes, and maybe even have sex like that? Well then, you just might be a furry! 

For the rest of us, furries seem like strange people doing strange things while wearing strange outfits.

So Matt Baume decided to head over to Rainfurrest, Seattle's biggest furry convention, and find out about the people behind the costumes.

"What happens when 2,500 people spend a whole weekend imagining they're animals together?" he asks. "Turns out, they learn some surprising things about their own humanity."
