DominicFord.com accepting bitcoin payments

DominicFord.com has announced that it will now accept bitcoins as a method of payment. It is the first gay porn company to accept the new e-currency.

"We often get requests from members who wish they could join our site but who don't have credit cards. Bitcoins are easy to buy using a variety of methods," Dominic Ford said. "Plus, bitcoins have a level of anonymity that some porn viewers prefer. We are excited to be the first in the gay side of the industry to accept bitcoins."

Bitcoins are not like traditional forms of money. According to ABC News: "Unlike U.S. quarters, Canadian loonies, or, for that matter, the currencies of every country in the world, bitcoins are completely virtual. They exist only online and are not controlled by a central authority like the Federal Reserve."

You hold your bitcoins in an online wallet, and can use special programs and servers to 'mine' for more.

Yeah, we don't really get it either. But at least you know it's an option!
