Either Michael Lucas has changed his mind about bareback porn or he's decided to join the ranks of the  "greedy and irresponsible."  Lucas Entertainment has just released its first bareback scene with real-life boyfriends Seth Treston and Billy Santoro.  According to the studio, "they asked us if they could make love on camera just like they do at home - full of intimacy and steamy passion for each other, and without condoms."  The press release also states that "The scene will be the first in a series of condom-free performances by some of our most popular models."  Presumably they won't all be boyfriends. 

Lucas Entertaiment joins a number of other producers that have gone in this direction over the past couple of years, including Corbin Fisher, Sean Cody and Broke Straight Boys.  

 

Michael Lucas is outspoken, to say the least, so it's interesting to see what he had to say about bareback porn a mere 15 months ago, in an interview with Hotspots magazine.

Hotspots: Why are your films important?

 

Lucas:  They are important because my models use condoms. I promote safe sex because I believe that young people are first introduced to sex through adult videos. These movies are so accessible and young people are very internet-savvy. I feel it is my great responsibility to show that men can have great sex and enjoy each other while using condoms. And don't forget that there is a severe lack of sexual education, so young men are more likely to see an adult movie than they are to search out safe sex information."

 

Hotspots: Is there a place for bare back in films?

 

Lucas: Lots of porn films and actors do not use condoms. People who produce these movies are greedy and irresponsible. I care about my community.
