Lawyer sues Apple for letting him download porn

Apple sued by lawyer with porn addictionLast month, a Tennessee lawyer filed a lawsuit against Apple because its products gave him a porn addiction.

Chris Sevier, the lawyer, claimed that Apple was negligent for failing to provide the appropriate porn filtering software in all its devices. He argued that Apple should "sell all its devices in 'safe mode,' with software preset to filter out pornographic content."

It started, Sevier claims, after he tried to log into Facebook. He mistyped the requested page and ended up on Fuckbook instead. The naughty page "appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male and led to an unwanted addiction with adverse consequences."

"The Plaintiff began desiring younger more beautiful girls featured in porn videos than his wife, who was no longer 21," said the suit. The marriage soon ended. "His failed marriage caused the Plaintiff to experience emotional distress to the point of hospitalization. The Plaintiff could no longer tell the difference between Internet pornography and tangible intercourse due to the content he accessed through the Apple products, which failed to provide him with warnings of the dangers of online pornography whatsoever."

As per his lawsuit: "Apple employees know that a man is born full of harmonies and attacked to by women engaging in sexual acts with the intent to cause vicarious arousal." Yes, that is what he actually submitted. Maybe Apple should also be sued for not providing idiots with a personal editor.
