Reality TV star wins lawsuit over non-existent porn video

Brandi Passante wins lawsuit against Hunter MooreI'm sure a few of you are fans of A&E's reality show Storage Wars. Well, one of the stars just won her lawsuit against Hunter Moore, the dick behind the infamous (and now nonexistent) revenge porn website IsAnyoneUp.com.

He was found guilty of posting a sex tape he claimed was of Brandi Passante pleasuring herself. She said it was a fake, and the woman in the video was an imposter.

Judge James V. Selna agreed with Passante and awarded her a whopping $750 plus legal fees and costs on Friday. Moore was also ordered to “remove any remaining and undisclosed content of video from all websites and restraining defendant from disseminating the content of the video.”

Passante had hoped to secure $2.5 million in damages. The judge dismissed the amount as he felt there was “absolutely no support for this calculation of damages.”

Moore seemed unphased by the lawsuit, even sending Passante's lawyer a picture of his penis.

"I'm not a virgin to cease and desists. I get about a million a day,” Moore once told Gawker. “I don't give a fuck. I'm never going to stop. People threaten me with lawsuits every day, which is funny, because it fuels the site.”

People like Moore make me hope that karma really is a bitch.
