Medical porn: does it turn you on?

I've notice medical settings being used as porn backdrops lately. Of course, there's one site that has specialized in this niche exclusively for some time, College Boy Physicals. But recently Next Door Studios has put a medical set to good use, for example in this scene with James Jamesson and Jett Jaxx. Hot House also has a series on the theme; we just published a gallery for My Doctor Sucks.

The turn-on of the doctor's office or hospital is partly that it is "off limits": it's not an appropriate place for sex, so having sex makes it all the more thrilling. There's also the domination fantasy at work here, with the good doctor in a position of authority over the subservient but willing-to-please patient. Or sometimes the tables are turned and the patient becomes the seducer.

The medical porn set has never really worked for me, mostly because I  go to the doctor when I'm not feeling well physically and the last thing on my mind is getting off. I would be horrified if my doc started to get fresh with me while conducting a prostate exam - and he's a nice looking man!
