JustUsBoys sold

BluMedia Inc. -- which operates a number of gay porn sites including  Broke Straight Boys -- has purchased major gay adult portal JustUsBoys, along with its eponymous free magazine.

President Mark Erickson said, “This will be huge for BluMedia. Having the magazine and one of the largest free gay sites in the world in addition to our IntenseCash Affiliate Program ... will give BluMedia unprecedented marketing power."

There are no immediate plans to change the current look of either the JUB website or magazine. Shannon Prewitt, one of the three owners of JustUsBoys, will continue to manage the JustUsBoys Magazine and coordinate consumer events and promotions for BluMedia. B. Thomason and J. Going, the other owners, will focus their energy on gay tube site RocketTube.com.

The exact terms of the deal are not known, though it is said to be in the millions of dollars.
