A new safer sex campaign called Slip It On has hit New South Wales "featuring a series of pop art-inspired bananas aiming to make condom use more a-peel-ing for gay men." Safe sex AND a banana? You know we had to tell you about it!
Now the link to the formidable and phallic fruit is very deliberate. "The banana is healthy, highly visible and widely available, just like condoms should be," explains ACON, Australia's GLBT health and HIV/AIDS organisation. "Many of us can probably even remember the banana from demonstrations in our high school Sex Ed class!"
The website designed for the campaign, acondom.org, features all the important details of safer sex and how to get the most enjoyment out of adding a little latex (or a lot of latex depending on how well endowed you are) to your sex play. And there's even a fast paced flash game (that kept giving us cyber herpes!).
Check it out. Have some fun. And Slip It On!
