Cybersocket Web Awards handed out

Cybersocket Web Awards announced Last Wednesday at the 2008 XBiz Hollywood Conference the Cybersocket Web Awards were handed out to celebrate the best in GLBT websites. The awards were broken down into two categories: "Surfer Choice" and "Industry Choice."

"We feel that it is essential to honor these individuals and companies as being technological entrepreneurs, important agents of free expression and cultural change, and innovators in queer online media and entertainment," Cybersocket said.

They sure know how to make a bunch of pornographers feel good about themselves!

BananaGuide was nominated for Best Free Adult site this year, but given that BG won the award for the last two years running, we didn't campaign to get votes this time around. No sense in being greedy.
