Infected actor threatens lawsuit

A man infected with HIV during a recent bareback video shoot in England is threatening legal action against the film's producer, distributor and director. He hopes he can stop the distribution of the video, "British Bareback Vacation," in which he starred.

A HIV+ performer, unaware of his own status during the shoot, found out three days later he was carrying the virus; it was too late for three young actors, including "Craig" (his name has not been released), who were infected during a condom-free sex scene.

The news hit Craig hard; he ended up in the hospital after becoming suicidal. He claims this was when he discovered that director Adam Bailey did not truly care about his young stars.

"I felt they were looking out for themselves," Craig told "Boyz," a UK based gay entertainment magazine. "When I was in hospital feeling suicidal, [Bailey] told me that I had to check myself out straight away."

Craig is currently discussing the case with a prominent legal firm. "I'm 100 percent committed to stopping other models becoming infected with HIV," he added. We certainly wish him luck.
